  • The wide-bodied fleet for a major airline had a series of expiring leases along with a large number of aging owned aircraft. We worked with the strategy and finance group to build an asset planning model to optimize their investment strategy based on customer preferences, market growth analysis and aircraft cost profiles.
  • We developed state-of-the-art operations planning technology for the strategy department of a railway. The model enabled an integrated approach to sales, marketing and operations, including service scheduling, asset planning and utilisation/performance management.
  • A transportation logistics client wanted to strengthen relationships with key customers, as a small percentage of its client base contributed to the majority of its revenues and profits. We led a cross-functional, multi-organization team to analyse and redesign services, operational processes, contracts and performance measures.
  • The marketing group of a North American railway wanted to double the size and increase profitability of niche business units. We helped them realize this goal through targeted market research, revised pricing models, new technologies to streamline operations and a significantly enhanced quality / performance management framework.
