SECOR is a leading Canadian-based international strategic management consulting firm with domestic offices in Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto. International offices are located in New York City, Paris, and Ho Chi Minh City . With a reputation for delivering superior client service and winning solutions, SECOR has served large global corporations, multi-nationals, domestic companies and government agencies.

The new company will have approximately 170 employees in Canada, the US, France, and Vietnam.

The Vancouver office of RPO will continue to operate under the RPO brand in the short-term. RPO’s Toronto office will be combined with the SECOR Toronto office.
